Elsewhere, hosts Egypt were officially bundled out on the tournament in shambles as the Pharaohs succumbed to a 4-0 thrashing of at the hand of Senegal courtesy of a Papa Demba Diouf hatrick in a result which saw the young lions of teranga keep a 100% record in the group stages winning all three games and sitting top with nine points out of the nine available.
