Ikechukwu Nwani's Sunshine Stars earned a hard fought 1-1 draw in Bayelsa last weekend in matchday nine in the Nigerian Premier Football League, a result that keeps the Owena waves 14th on the log with 10 points so far.

Samson Olsasupo's started from the bench but his efforts were not enough offensively in their visit to Akwa to play Rangers International.
