FLYING EAGLES BEAT EGYPT IN U20 AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS

The Under 20 Nigerian national football team known as the Flying Eagles have just overcome the odds to defeat hosts Egypt in their second game in Group A at the on going Total U20 African Cup of nations.
The game ended deadlocked in the first half until the second half when Solomon Agbalaka headed in from a corner swung into the box for with the winner.
However, Senegal who had beaten the seven time champions earlier rounded up a superb outing again with a 3-0 victory over Mozambique and become the first team to qualify for the quarter finals. First win of the tournament for Ladan Bosso and his boys, they play Mozambique in their last group game, while Senegal in a game of less relevance entertain hosts Egypt who can only qualify into the last eight by defeating Senegal and hoping Mozambique defeat Nigeria which would mean they'd finish runners up with 4 points.
The flying eagles could only need a draw in the game against Mozambique if Senegal defeat Egypt as well. Both games would be played simultaneously on Saturday, the 25th of February, the day the national elections begin in Nigeria.
