Stephen Chekwube Chukwude, born and bred in Onitsha, Nigeria on 21st October 1994 as the fifth child of Mr. Ifeanyi Chukwude and Mrs. Virginia Chukwude. In a family of six, he grew up alongside four brothers and two sisters, amidst the vibrant streets of his hometown.
Chukwude's education began at St. John's Nursery/Primary School in Odoakpu, and he furthered his studies at Metu Memorial Secondary School in the same locale. His passion for football took him to Morning Stars Football Academy in Onitsha, where he honed his skills and set his sights on a future in the sport.
As he pursued his football aspirations, Chukwude found inspiration in the performances of English footballer Wayne Rooney. This admiration led him to support Manchester United, a team Rooney played for, solidifying his connection to the sport.
Stephen Chukwude stands as a testament to the fusion of family, education, and a relentless pursuit of football excellence that began in the streets of Onitsha and led him to carve his path in the world of sports.
