Having qualified for the Nigerian Premier Football League super six Championship playoffs after finishing third in the group B of the NPFL table with 24 Points and advancing into the Quarter Finals of the Nigerian FA Cup, Sunshine Stars forward David Onovo insists that yet as the double seems unthinkable by most supporters it is still achievable.

The owena waves have booked their place in Lagos for the league title playoffs and are also assured of a last eight place in the FA Cup which has now ignited the possibilities of winning two trophies in one season for the club which hasn't been done in their history especially following yesterday's inspired resilience in beating EFCC United in the Round of 16 in the Nigerian FA Cup inwhich Sunshine Stars won by 3-2 with David Onovo assisting the first goal for Samson Olasupo.

We just have to believe in ourselves that we can do it. Onovo relied in an interview with Orange Football Magazine. One thing about this team is that we never give up and when we push ourselves to do something they say is unthinkable we end up surprising everyone.
They said we won't make the top three in Group B, but we focused and with our able coach we did. They said EFCC knocked out Akwa United in the FA Cup and that we won't beat them, they gave us a tough time but we beat them so by the grace of the almighty God anything is possible and we will keep trying our best to surprise our doubters this season.
