CHELSEA TO BATTLE MAN CITY IN Emirates FA Cup

2022 Emirates FA Cup Finalists Chelsea football club have been drawn to face six time Champions Manchester City being undoubtedly the biggest third round fixture of the bunch in next year's edition of the 151st Emirates FA Cup.
The current world champions already lost at the stadium earlier this month in the EFL Cup to the Premier League champions via a 2-0 scoreline with goals coming from Riyadh Mahrez and Julian Alvarez and have now been served shocking news even while on international break. More interesting is the fact that Chelsea will play Man City in the Premier League and also a few days later in the FA CUP. The last time Chelsea lost a third round tie was in 1998. With the form the blues were in prior to the world cup break, many will think its time the record will be broken with Graham Potter. The blues would also be hoping to finally clinch the trophy after loosing in three consecutive finals of the tournament and last year on penalties to Liverpool.
But that obviously won't be the only possible talking points in the third round as depending champions will tackle Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield, with Spurs hosting Portsmouth. United also begin their sixth attempt at ending a five year trophy drought at Old Trafford whilst in form Arsenal make a trip down to Oxford as the record champions with a tasty London derby to conclude the tie when the Bees entertain UEFA Conference league based hammers West Ham United at the Brentford Community stadium.
